Summer Project #11 Pink Penguin Basket

Is this not the cutest thing you have EVER seen?!

I was trying to keep it hidden from my almost 3 year old, so I could give it to her for her birthday next month...but she saw it, and wanted it. Well, actually she requested one in purple, but I don't have any purple fabric (I'm serious, I don't) and so she "settled" for the pink one.
I think I need to make one for my mom for her birthday.

I loved making it. I needed something theraputic to do today during naptime. Here's the tutorial for you to make one, too. Ayumi is a very, very talented lady and I'm so glad I found her blog!

Check one off the list!

Thanks Jodi...for giving me some linen :)

Stay tuned for a fab giveaway. I'm moving soon and don't want to pack all the stuff I've sewn, so I'm going to be giving some away! :)

  2. Love the basket, and the swim bag. You are so creative, and I love checking out yours and Jodi's blogs for ideas. The problem is I have not done any of them because I have too many of my own projects. Sometimes it would be nice to be like inspector gadget.
